Where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes.
We ship to every country in the European Union, and to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.
Nothing. Delivery is free on every order and always includes tracking. The total in your basket is the total you pay us.
Your order leaves us within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. From there, delivery takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on where you live.
Weekends, public holidays and busy seasons can add a day or two. These are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
As soon as your parcel is on its way you receive an email with a tracking link. Our track your order page explains what to do if that email has not arrived.
Parcels are sent from fulfilment centres outside the European Union. Depending on your country, customs may ask for duties, import tax or a handling fee on arrival. These are charged by the authorities or the carrier, are not part of our prices and cannot be paid by us.
A parcel that arrives damaged: send photos of the item and its packaging, with your order number, to hello@puresenvia.com within 48 hours of delivery.
A parcel marked as delivered that you cannot find: check with neighbours and the carrier first, then write to us and we will open an enquiry.
A wrong address: tell us at once. After dispatch we cannot promise to redirect a parcel, and sending it again may cost extra.
