The 14 days begin on the day you, or someone you named, take possession of the order. To use the right, send us a clear statement before that period ends. The form below does exactly that, and an email is equally valid.
If the parcel is already travelling to you, we may be unable to halt it. Simply accept it and return the item within the same time frame.
We confirm your notice by email and send the return instructions. The item should be posted back within 14 days of your notice, at your own cost unless it was faulty or sent in error.
Your refund follows within 14 days of the item reaching us and passing inspection, through the same payment method you paid with.
